Welcome to our new site!
This site is our online source to help people become disciple's of Jesus. Our intent is to provide a practical biblical foundation to be and to do what the Bible has taught us. Instead of providing a lot of doctrine or giving people information about meetings, we want to simply look at what the Bible says. Salvation was never intended to be event centered but rather focused on the journey of a disciple. Our religious experience is intended to be centered around a life mission or purpose. Too often Christians center their religion around a meeting and a past event instead of around a mission oriented journey. Jesus never called people to be Christians. He called them to be disciples. Are we Christians at Cornerstone? Doctrinally - yes. But our goal is to be something more than the average American Christian. We want to find the life that Jesus talked about and then live it. Finding out what He said and then finding the power and encouragement to live it is what this site is all about. No man made religion, no event or meeting centered religion, but the daily walk of finding the call of the disciple of Jesus is what we are after.
